After more than three decades of dedicated service to the firm and its clients, we are proud to announce the retirement of Steve Rock, co-founder of ShindelRock.
Since helping to establish the firm in 1991, Steve has played a vital role as a leader in ShindelRock’s client-facing engagement. He has stood on the front lines, supporting the success of entrepreneurs and business leaders. Steve always valued the power of his network and was often able to assemble a team quickly to address his client’s needs and concerns, even outside traditional accounting matters. His talents excelled particularly in the healthcare industry, where he was instrumental in helping launch and grow numerous medical practices and large primary care organizations throughout Metro Detroit and across the country.
“Steve didn’t just help build this firm; he shaped the future for all of us who have had the privilege of being part of it,” said partner Steve Wisinski.
While his presence in the office will certainly be missed, we celebrate Steve’s remarkable career and his lasting impact on our team, clients, and the community. We wish him all the best in this exciting next chapter of life, as he looks forward to spending time with his daughters and grandchildren and, perhaps, working in an occasional round of golf.
