Steve Rock co-founded ShindelRock in 1991, aspiring to help small business owners succeed. He specializes in accounting for closely-held businesses, with a particular concentration in the healthcare industry. Over the last 35 years he has been instrumental in the formation of numerous medical practices and several large primary care organizations, both in the Metro Detroit area and beyond. He also provides management, income tax, and consultation services to the firm’s small and middle-market business clients.
Steve is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants, the National Society of Certified Healthcare Business Consultants and the Medical Group Management Association. He holds a Bachelor of Science from State University of New York at Albany.
