ShindelRock is pleased to welcome Elena Prendes to our team as our Practice Administrator!
Elena oversees the firm's day-to-day operation and leads project management efforts for firm-wide changes focusing on client service and profitability. She also manages all Human Resources activities for the firm, including culture building, staff career nurturing, staff education process and opportunities.
She is a skilled leader in administration, project management, metrics, controls, and reporting of financial, HR, technology, compliance, and process improvements. She was previously the COO and a founding shareholder of an employee benefits consulting firm and has served at various levels in professional services organizations.
She is a graduate of the University of Michigan and actively supports The Michigan Humane Society, Alzheimer’s Association of Michigan, and sits on The Rainbow Connection Scholarship Committee for children who have survived critical illnesses.
