David Shindel

David co-founded ShindelRock in 1991 and remains active in guiding the litigation support services practice. His long-standing client relationships allow him to take a strategic consulting role and have earned him national recognition as an industry expert in several fields. His extensive experience with complex tax issues, including expert testimony in state and federal court, has made him a leader of ShindelRock’s tax team.

In addition to being a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Valuation Analyst, David has earned accreditation by the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts. He is also a member of the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and is past President and Chairman, and current member, of the Oakland County Business Finance Company (a program with the U.S. Small Business Administration). David has presented at the National ACE convention and conducted lectures at various national conferences for a variety of national companies, both public and private. He’s a graduate of Eastern Michigan University.
