Amanda Sayn

Amanda Sayn serves as a Partner at ShindelRock, where she oversees complex client engagements, contributes to firm-wide initiatives and special projects. Her work focuses on tax strategy and compliance, as well as accounting advisory services, helping clients strengthen financial operations and make well-informed business decisions. She is actively involved in guiding and mentoring participants in the firm’s internship program, supporting talent development and the growth of emerging professionals.    

Known for her detail-oriented approach and her ability to guide clients through complex and nuanced financial challenges with clarity and confidence. In addition to her client service responsibilities, Amanda plays an integral role in the firm’s forensic and litigation support practice. She provides financial and tax analysis in support of investigative and dispute-related matters, working collaboratively with attorneys and clients to evaluate financial records and assess damages-related issues. 

Amanda earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accountancy from Western Michigan University and a Master of Science in Forensic Accounting from New England College. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and holds the Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF) credential. She serves as a Trustee of the Michigan Accountancy Foundation and is an active member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants.
