Important Client Update from ShindelRock
To our clients and friends: Given the current environment, ShindelRock is taking every precaution possible to ensure the safety and health of our team and our families, as well as those of our clients and colleagues. Therefore, given the recommendations put forth by our government and health officials, our staff will work remotely as much as possible during this period and will not be conducting any in person meetings. This arrangement is effective March 16 and is expected to continue through April 19. We will monitor the situation closely and provide updates accordingly.
In the meantime, our professionals will continue to be in contact with you via email and phone, and we will continue to provide you with your tax returns and other deliverables with the same level of service and commitment you expect. Please be assured that our technology and protocols provide for data to be maintained in a secure and private manner. The optimal method for forwarding us your tax-related data is to upload it through our online portal, or alternatively send it via secure email. If you do not have an online portal account, please reach out to your contact at ShindelRock to have one set up. You can also mail us your information as we will continue to have staff onsite to retrieve items from the mail. Should you have no other choice but to physically drop off your tax records and materials, please reach out to your ShindelRock contact first to make arrangements for a time that the office doors will be open.
