Elena Prendes

Elena Prendes is the Practice Administrator at ShindelRock, where she oversees the firm's day-to-day operation and leads project management efforts for firm-wide changes focusing on client service and profitability.  She also manages all Human Resources activities for the firm, including culture building, staff career nurturing, staff education process and opportunities. 

Elena is a skilled leader in administration, project management, metrics, controls, and reporting of financial, HR, technology, compliance, and process improvements. She was previously the COO and a founding shareholder of an employee benefits consulting firm and has served at various levels in professional services organizations. 

She is a graduate of the University of Michigan and actively supports The Michigan Humane Society and Alzheimer’s Association of Michigan.
