Marianne is the lead partner for ShindelRock’s audit and accounting services. She is responsible for managing the Firm’s assurance engagements, including financial statement and compliance audit services. She serves audit clients in the areas of employee benefit plans, nonpublic for-profit companies, and franchisor financial statements. She adds value by advising clients on strategic control implementation and process improvement. Outside of audit work, Marianne also provides business valuation and fraud examination services and is a member of the Firm’s litigation support team, assessing value and calculating damages for clients involved in litigation.
Marianne has over 25 years of experience in public accounting and industry, including ten years with a Big 4 firm. She is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Valuation Analyst and Certified Fraud Examiner. She is a member of the AICPA, the MICPA, the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. She currently serves on the MICPA’s Board of Directors, Audit Committee and Women’s Initiative Task Force.
Marianne is a graduate of Michigan State University.
